Aged Widowed Villagers

An adjustment to older(50+) widowed villagers finding love would be great.

Suggestions:

• Auto populating Tindra options that are also older(40+)
• Implementing a trait that makes them more amicable to re-marry with other older widowed community members.
• No penalties if they are of a certain age and single(55+), maybe they keep the same ♥️ payout with a new trait indicating they still carry the love for their deceased spouse. (Melancholy?)

When playing the long mode I find it difficult to re-marry some of my older widowed villagers. I don't want to marry a 60 year old to a 25 year old and deal with lack of fertility or negative traits from the impending death.

Honestly it's just flat out creepy and doesn't sit well with me putting such young ppl with old ppl

I use Tindra to marry my elderly with other elderly when looking in Lakeburg. With all the deaths there’s bound to be at least a good match between two widowed elderly

Very true, I tend to aim for a ‘good’ or better. But if there isn’t any, they stay single until a new widow or divorcee pops up in the list and I go through them all again

Maybe if its possible they could make it so tindra options are within like a 20 year age range of the person your matching or something? I don't know how that would work though lol

I just match my elder villagers with another elder within lakeburg. even if there is a perfect match with a 25 year old I just don't. I need BABIES from my younglings! I just need the elderly to not be alone
