Lock/freeze on third stage of the Lakeburg boss

Twice now I have tried to complete Lakeburg. During the boss fight, I get to the third stage and after the ||head emerges|| the game locks. Rest of enemy turn doesnt go through,I can still move cam, animations are playing etc.

Restarted the final night and it happened again, despite getting there on a different turn. It is an older save (~a month).

I had an earlier save (from beginning of previous day before I bought items and leveled up and...it didnt repeat.
I dont think I did massive changes or if the new patch solved it, but I was able to get through

yeah but now I will be stuck wondering what I changed that allowed the progress xD

I did get to the third head a turn faster 🤔

on Turn 7 (before it was turns 9 and 8 I believe)

someone earlier was having issues with lakeburg night 12 turn 9, I wonder what could be causing it

About that, it might have something to do with the looping on Turn 9

I retried by playing the previous round and still getting the bug. This save is closer to the freeze, the bug occurs once you click end round. It it helps.

It will always get softlocked at Turn 9

Unless you're able to kill it asap

(Fastest possible kill is Turn 5)

I think your save was at Turn 6? (I used it for testing)

the issue has been confirmed and found, if you want to beat the map, you have to finish it by Turn 8 (before Turn 9)
