Unsure what other information I can provide for you guys but I've been chugging potions and switching up my omen choice quite a bit the last few runs and getting zero progress on these two. They have been at 25/50 and 0 respectively since yesterday morning and seem to refuse to increase.

I'm sorry for the delay in answering, I've done a test on my side but I don't have any repro of this bug. Have you been able to continue your progression in the achievements afterwards, or are you still blocked in the progression?
Also can you share your logs and save ?
You can find your logs here (Major, Normal & Detailed) :

Though if you restarted the game, the Old folder might be more useful.
And saves (both AppSave and GameSave) here :

Currently in a Glenwald run and have used my AP potions each night (still at 0/100 on achievement), haven't completed this one yet so we'll see if omen goes --- again, using 3 omens that I don't use.

Upon finishing the glenwald run I did get progress on Visionary, up to 26. Almost positive 2 of the omens were never used prior though...
I also just tried doing boundless and using them all, this doesn't work.
Heavy Drinker is still at 0/100

Completed an Elderlicht run with 2 omens I am 99% sure I haven't used and it didn't update.
As well, used many dozens of potions throughout that run and am still at 0/100

Getting progress towards Visionary sometimes -- after someone pointed out that there are banners under the omens on the specific haven you've used
However, the progress doesn't seem to be unique to the haven. Is that intentional?
I did these 3 in my Gildenberg just now
But only received 1 point of progress in the Visionary achievement

Nevermind dev just confirmed it is suppose to work this way because the omen had been used in another haven. NP

Yes indeed the progression is not specific to a Haven.
Concerning the "Heavy Drinker" achievement, the team will look at the logs on Monday, we will do our best to find a solution.

I deleted my save file and started up the game completely fresh, went into the tutorial map and bought 3 potions in the shop.
After using them the following night I am still at 0/100 for the achievement
deleting my save and starting a brand new game worked for me to start making progress.
Once I got to Gildenberg and used potions they finally started counting

Heyy, just a heads up: the issue regarding Heavy Drinker was fixed yesterday :) Everything should be working fine now (not even linked to a build, we changed our way to handle steam stats and it did the trick)
@quaint reef Using just one potion should basically unlock the achievement for you.
