#Sort Tablist based on rank

Pretty simple suggestion. Sort the in-game Tablist based on rank, from lowest (at the bottom) to highest (at the top).

This would help in many different scenarios, including (but not limited to): Attempting to find FA+ to host Patrols, attempting to find FA+ to utilize the Garage Controls, easily identify possibly suspicious Initiates or low ranking members, and more.

Or make it so people can toggle it, like how we can sort people by KD. As per @upbeat vine 's suggestion, by clicking on the player's rank when open in Tablist it will sort all players based on lowest to highest rank.

If feasible, also allow us to sort people based on Divisions. (Idea by @vale notch)

There are no downsides to this, it would organize the Tablist better.
