This needs to be added. The SJB case should have had harsher punishment than just a stain on someone's record (especially when they are already at the highest rank they can possible be), but that's besides the point.
The sudden announcement that all AOA application were just denied and AOA ceased to function wasn't the best move. All those people pending, or the people that got accepted, are now back to square one.
I could go on and on about the inneffeciency within the group due to the lack of transparency and seemingly sudden changes.
Even if this was planned for months, it still had the same effect as if it was just a sudden, impulsive decision.
I do recall back in 2019, which is now 7 years ago, all the divisions and general command entities pledged to have a higher level of transparency with the common population. Nothing has changed since then regarding transparency.
And the ToML is already at the peak of their career. More effort should be focused on the developing members with more potential.
Approved
But giving a person who already capped their career more priority than someone who still has a ways to go is a bad move for a long-term focused organization.
The ToML should have been demoted for abuse of power, yet they were given a strike that does absolutely nothing to their career, as they already capped it.
A person with high potential, on the other hand, was demoted and wasted all that time for a slight break in the general guidelines.
whoever decided to make pending aoa apps invalid made a bad decision
when I heard that, my heart went out to anyone who had meaningful applications.
in order to prevent future incidents like what happened to waffles by rikka all major guidelines changes go into affect immediately but punishments must follow the previous set of rules for 1 day after the rule has been implemented
@dark steeple
happened to waffles
you mean waffles and i
include me please
yes sorry sir
Fr bro it took me like 4 weeks to get into aoa
Some people were prob waiting that long based on how they were doing apps every other week and didn’t even do aoa apps the eeek of the changes
Meaning some people were waiting up to a month and a half just for they’re app to be voided
They said aoa invites will come out on the first of the month then next week they say aoa is closing??
because of a kick my whole suggestion has been vanished
