I'm an EFA and an AAL AP member and should have both AAL and L-2 card. Other AP's also don't have the card so it's bound wrong but ARD also do not spawn with their AEGIS rank card for whatever reason, including ARD that are officers. This doesn't affect much ARD gameplay like at all but it would be nice to have all my cards. Other divisions still get their AEGIS rank cards.
