when wastelanders capture the capture point, /odc will no longer work for aegis
very strategic use for raiders to use since not a lot of capture points actually have a super big impact on gameplay trollface_aegis

aegis... Just wouldn't be able to use it

maybe when you type odc it'll say something like "Broadcast is being blocked by an unknown signal..."

this could lead to more divisional missions to capture the point or even a higher priority for aegis patrils
