More of a punishment for not doing duty states

I don’t know what the punishment could be, I just think waiting almost 4 days to get 4 30m duty states approved is a little bit too much, not to mention how much the other duty states are going to pile up.

The only thing I could think of is temporary derank until they hit a certain amount of quota in a week, and if they don’t, change it from temporary to permanent?

Obviously, that wouldn’t be immediate, this would be last resort if someone was failing to meet quota for multiple weeks/months

I don’t see what the problem is with Officers literally just keeping on top of it and not letting it get out of hand. Wouldn’t it be easier to correct duty states as they come up? Do they need to be reminded?

I also think AEGIS OS should have some sort of ping for Officer+ if theres more than, say, 80-100 DS unanswered within 36 hours.

Maybe I’m being nit picky, maybe I’m impatient, but I genuinely feel discouraged at trying to rank up in this game knowing how long I’m gonna have to wait to get my DS checked! LMK what you think chat…

There is already a punishment for that, failure to complete quota will result in an activity warning. Keep in mind all officers or atleast most of them do the bare minimum of quota, all of us have lives which keeps us at bay thus in order to keep up with this demand the solutions are few such as promoting more people or introducing temp markers from AA like done in the past, also there are quite a lot of officers being on inactivity notice which causes the backlog to increase

I'm not trying to blame you (you being officers) for that, which is why i believe there should be apps for AFA+ to mark DS! I do genuinely sympathize with the fact that officers have a life outside of some silly roblox game, but its discouraging, and also creates the issue where people literally cannot rank up to get the chance #to become an officer to help with this backlog

This takes away from the AS's opportunity as officers. We could easily just promote more AS's to officer, but don't.

Also this problem leans more onto tomls problem than officers. They've been told through countless weeks to do more and more than what they're required to instead of just recruiting more officers.
