cant really fix this without making some sort of toggle thing that instead of just having a kill sphere around the point of striking, it does a check for if youre colliding with a block (which is put as a very big part that exists in all areas inside the facility), if it does, it doesn't deal damage, if not, you take damage
but i havent got much of a clue how difficult it would be to code this, could be easy, could be tremendously hard,

pretty simple and easy to implement but depends on the person doing it
just as straight forward as u made it sound if player is touching an invisible part which is around the entire facility, dont apply damage
