The roblox groups do exist if you want to see the specific rank otherwise there is the divisional overwatch role, deputy & division head which are all leadership ranks within the division

Anytime a division's rank structure changes, the roles will have to be updated
Most people who've never been in a division have no idea what the ranks below Overwatch can even do or what their titles mean
Anytime there's promotions in a division, UC will have to be contacted to update roles
