To balance high-damage weapons, they would have longer equip times, similar to what we already see with many snipers.
This is inconsistently applied though, with none of the high-damage sidearms having these attributes. Without it, players can fire one after the other in quick succession, just as if they were to do the same with snipers.
If we were to have equal balancing, either these high-damage sidearms would have longer equip times, or snipers would have shortened equip times.
I believe we should have equal balancing, as to help balance firefights between the p2w and f2p
