while it may be mentioned it isn’t properly drilled into their heads which is why i suggest introducing far harder quizzes

if i had to be honest there ain’t much difference between the intelligence level of an operative and some random initiate due to how easy it is to get through the academy

90% of every lesson is spent just mindlessly reading information and waiting for the quiz at the end which consists of easy questions which u can literally answer with no experience

which is reflected by the dumbfuckery we see ingame from those ranks everyday
