I think that it would be chaotic if there are a lot of FA walking back and forth from outside the border trying to get a spot outside. I think that they should go out there they should just have permission from a SC or Officer.

They should only be allowed to post outside if there are little to no divisional outside like for example on the ledge shown in the shout if there is are 2 divs already standing there. There is no reason to have 2 FA+ personnel

i do not see the issue with it whatsoever, if someone is an FA, then there is a pretty high chance they are NOT a moron, and will not just run out to chase a raider behind the fence, if they do, warn them, its as shrimple as that tbh

when a field agent leaves the confines of the gate shield, then they take the risk of all being warned if theres more than 2 out by sc personnel
if u dont wanna be warned, then stay inside
if you're on tower, then stay there and minimise movement between the tower and gate
