Add some lights that turn on and off with the facilities lights on the cliffs (Not RDM). This would allow people who do not have night vision to fight raiders. Because people who do not own night vision are being shot from an enemy they cannot see. However, to make it balanced the lights could turn off when the facility does not have power.
