😭 gamepass within the first sentence

#

this is not happening i dont think i need to even explain why

spice plover
#

I'm writing it with Google Translate. Thank goodness I'm doing it this way and not with my terrible English.

i know a lot of border games have "disguise" type gamepasses but this is definitely not one that needs that

spice plover

Likewise, whoever wants to express their opinion is free to interpret this suggestion and accept it or ignore it.

For EpsilonElectric everything is a no

#

Just imagine the idea of transforming by pure chance into the chairman with a name, rank ticket and everything (only in appearance)

west nebula
#

yes i would love to be able to impersonate people breaking rules and then get them in trouble for something they never did

jaunty gulch
#

And then they get banned...

#

Sounds good, I won't lie.

#

The idea at the start looks interesting, but... it would be like the other virus gamepass.

#

(Only for Halloween)

lethal fable
#

I like this

jaunty gulch
#

This would be implemented (If that gets accepted) into the 1 April fools one.

(In my perspective)

ts friggin tuff

frail cape

if it wasn’t a game pass it would be a fire idea

make it a normal infection found in game by creating it from ecofact dug up for example a rib, or from a crate

jaunty gulch

We have the weirdest virus, the tiny one, and the exploding brain one.

spice plover

or own the gamepass/be ard

The scan part... Hmmm...

#

I feel it could be like... dropping some of the grey material if the time starts to be less.

spice plover

Like dots at the floor.

jaunty gulch

Because scanning people is too low for a virus so overpowered.

spice plover
# jaunty gulch Because scanning people is too low for a virus so overpowered.

Of course I left the idea up to free interpretation, you can scan it or something like that or maybe over time you'll start to leave those strange traces or if you have a radiation detector (by chance because I haven't seen anyone using it xD) it will be more noticeable or something like that, it just needs some tweaking among all the details, gentlemen.

Not common to see.

jaunty gulch
#

soap, stop mass pinging, I don't think they'll react nicely.

spice plover
# jaunty gulch Not common to see.

It would be one more reason to have a detector in your pocket, but they are small details, and it will only be there for, as you said, Halloween or April Fool's Day.

jaunty gulch
#

Halloween has the gamepass, so I don't think getting 2 in the same day would be the best.

#

The detector is mostly used for areas with radiation.

spice plover
#

Or it could be like a temporary virus, meaning you have to do a puzzle or something like that to get it from the border. You don't lose it when you die, but you do lose it when you leave, something like that.

jaunty gulch
#

But is it mostly for divisionals? I don't even know much about the reason for it, but it still has its purpose.

spice plover
#

Well, a virus that can be obtained by both sides is like a weapon that would protect the ageis or something like that to further encourage attacks.

jaunty gulch
spice plover
#

Even so, it is difficult to incorporate this virus from what I see, but there would be no shortage of laughter.

jaunty gulch
#

The thing about viruses is you need to be realistic and fair in all manners. Because we can say all the stuff, but takes a lot to know what stuff you'll put.

#

Includes mine as well.

#

(I have an idea about one, but mostly is still in progress due to adding and removing things)

spice plover
#

Oh, I have an idea that it would be like an Among Us-style event.

jaunty gulch
#

Yeah... No.

spice plover
#

For why?.

jaunty gulch
#

I'm saying it because mostly you'll see some viruses in feedback.

spice plover
#

Well, it's difficult, but seriously, it's a good idea, eh?

jaunty gulch
#

It will depend. Since it has recently opened, you'll have more people coming and saying a lot of stuff.

spice plover
#

That's why suggestions and solutions and stuff like that are also allowed xD

jaunty gulch
#

I agree, but you'll have more denials if you don't have a good defense against questions.

#

You can see the other viruses.

#

if it's something that can only come up with scanner - aka it replicates the character and the name of the target too well, it'll cause way too many actual impersonation issues
not only this, but voicelines; aia voicelines would get leaked so fast and that's an issue within itself

#

decent idea but not very well-thought out

spice plover
# opaque hemlock if it's something that can only come up with scanner - aka it replicates the cha...

Of course I thought about it in that case of impersonation, that's why this virus can be obtained in two ways: wait for the day when it can be acquired with robux or get it temporarily in the wasteland which has a drop of 0.1 to ensure the voice lines of the AIA, they will have immunity in the DNA, so to speak, if the infected person consumes an AIA, it only replicates the appearance, the voice will be random between an ARD or a SC or even a PKFS, the impersonations are simple, do not believe that if you have that virus and you do TK you are saved because when you kill someone the disguise, so to speak, disappears showing your character and name

opaque hemlock
#

there's many more rules than tk that can be broken

#

you just simply cannot stop it from being a problem unfortunately

spice plover
opaque hemlock
#

then suggest a uc+ imposter event of some sort

#

don't make this an infection it'll only go shit

spice plover
# opaque hemlock don't make this an infection it'll only go shit

For this, I also have 3 contingency plans for it because you would still pay 6k for example in Robux for the virus and then get banned?
Here are the plans

  1. The virus is only used by divisions and is secured within the border, heavily protected and only used when necessary
  2. The virus only appears outside the border with a 0.1% drop in areas where almost no one goes, being totally random, of course, a worldwide warning is given that (the ZR virus has escaped into the wasteland)
  3. The virus is only used by GamePass with a value, I don't make it up, as previously mentioned, 4k Robux or 8k because of how powerful it is.
regal solstice
#

not even 10 words in

#

and already “game pass”

spice plover
# regal solstice not even 10 words in

I prefer that they mention the bad details of this so I can answer them better, because if you put it as GamePass, anyone would buy it, but they have to be aware that if they are going to pay 8k or 6k for how powerful it is, if they are banned for breaking the rules, well, you already know the rest.

#

Likewise, if you want to understand what the form of detection is, I can gladly tell you what these could theoretically be.

gamepass and virus in the same sentence

#

it would be cool if there was this hyper intelligent virus which can, over time, make you look more like an AEGIS. and the longer you're exposed to it, the more it perfects its disguise.

here's the kicker, TK will go up A LOT if something like this happens

spice plover
spice plover
#

Do they even read the comments or the solutions I propose or do they just see it and vote no and that's it?

desert sonnet
#

and did you think about the abuse that comes with it?

#

i have read the whole thread

#

your "contingency methods" wont help

spice plover
desert sonnet
#

many people would

#

also, why that name?

#

why arent you sticking to the DOD naming system

spice plover
spice plover
desert sonnet
#

yeah but all dod ones are XX-###-X

spice plover
#

It's called "because I decided to name it that way because it sounds great"

desert sonnet
#

ZR.20930 doesnt sound great but ok

spice plover
desert sonnet
#

it just doesnt suit DOD at all

spice plover
#

In short, there are three solutions on the table:

  1. Leave it for Division use only
  2. Make it a Wasteland drop where Aegis and Westander can capture it (like a CZ box)
  3. Make it pay-to-play and time-limited in an event like Halloween or other events like Among Us and others.
desert sonnet
#
  1. or just no..?
spice plover
desert sonnet
#

yeah, the idea is great, maybe for another game though

#

DOD doesnt need, nor suit, this kind of feature

#

the closest we have at the moment is the AIA LANF

spice plover
#

Just imagine the possibilities if this virus were to arrive and be used by, for example, an AIA to capture points or objectives or things like that, or to be alert for possible infiltration of infected people at the border.

spice plover
#

I HAVE THE SOLUTION FOR THE TK SITUATION that you fear so much xD but that will depend on the mechanics that I have to change

#

@jaunty gulch I have the solution to avoid using TK or killing. What do you think? Do you want to read it?

#

Solution for the ZR virus instead of simply committing murder, you have to be close to the infected person so that the virus slowly assimilates the appearance.
It learns and grows stronger each time it spends more time around people. For example, if I am infected with the virus, I go directly and talk to a SC about a hackneyed topic. The virus takes approximately 20 seconds to assimilate the DNA or achieve the desired appearance little by little until it achieves it.
Once the infected person is infected, so to speak, I have to hide and transform, taking 5 seconds to complete the process, leaving traces in the place where the transformation took place. The subject only has the appearance, not the inventory. Occasionally, it shows signs of disguise failure, such as strange red glows, blood splashes, lightness, or leaving clay-colored traces occasionally while walking.
It is susceptible to any type of scanner, for example, if it is scanned with a basic scanner, the disguise disappears. Stunned the infected for 2 seconds.
It also weakens faster if there are many people near the infected person, as you can transform for only 30 minutes, but the time will decrease faster.
If there are many people around, the same thing happens as with the scanner, which is stunned for 6 seconds. This virus can learn and help the person carrying it infiltrate the border or restricted areas. Of course, the virus can be difficult to obtain, seeing 2 ways (buying it via Robux) or finding the artifact that contains it in the wasteland (only used by divisions and UC or high-ranking officials).

frank terrace
#

i mean

#

its not that bad of an idea

#

but being able to impersonate divisionals

#

especially aia

#

not that great

#

maybe if u could impersonate divisionless only

#

and not change ur username

#

then sure

#

but otherwise

spice plover
# frank terrace i mean

I more or less understand your concern, but as I said before, it is clear that the AIA do not read the previous things, or they may have immunity to being copied by such a virus, or they may be copied but without voice lines.

frank terrace
#

oh

spice plover
#

Or with lines but random, also this virus can be used by divisions as I said before and only by divisions

frank terrace
#

yeah i havent read much only ur first message

spice plover
frank terrace
#

oh

spice plover
#

What do you think of the solution?

jaunty gulch
#

I will just go into something really really similar.

#

Let me find the gif.

spice plover
#

Read, don't be lazy.

jaunty gulch
#

I read it, and yeah.

#

That's why I want to find the gif.

spice plover
#

Ehhh It's a good solution or it occurred to me while I was thinking about a scrap car.

jaunty gulch
#

I don't like the TK thing so with all my heart I discard it.

#

Even if there's solutions or not.

spice plover
#

It's obvious you didn't read, huh?

#

The "tk" is changed by aspect assimilation while you are close to a target

jaunty gulch
#

And that thing still seems kinda hard.

#

When you say close...

#

How many studs are we referring?

spice plover
#

Think of it as a smart virus, you'd hardly notice it. You know, when you talk to someone, you're not stuck to them, right?

#

It's like a typical normal distance, not too far, not too close, just enough for the virus to gather information. Of course, the closer it is, the faster it will be.

spice plover
#

Believe me it will be interesting and very fun but if it is not to your liking that's fine Fran

jaunty gulch
#

Why a scanner will stun?

#

If you add a stun for a virus, and for 2 seconds... You'll mostly die for a 1S or 5SS if you are unlucky.

spice plover
spice plover
jaunty gulch
#

The virus with all I read, has a ton of nerfs.

spice plover
#

It's a good debuff, not just for the game, I think more for impostor-style events more than anything.

jaunty gulch
#

So you're suggesting an Among us virus?

#

With all sincerity.

spice plover
jaunty gulch
#

So an Amongus virus for special days?

solid agate
#

this is so buns🥀

spice plover
#

It is very nerfed because of it, more than anything because of the TK issue, which I have thought about a lot and makes a lot of sense in itself.

jaunty gulch
#

For me, I abstain a lot in viruses due to the amount of times it takes to make it nerfed.

#

Or even make it fair in some points.

#

Some are common, some rare, etc etc etc.

spice plover
#

True, true, I could spend time selling you the idea is good, interesting and unique so to speak

jaunty gulch
#

At some point, I'm a bit angry when you say I didn't read, when I read it all.

#

And even saw the people's comments. Mostly Twilight's comment.

spice plover
#

I'm truly sorry for that heartfelt offense, but believe me Fran, it's a good idea.

jaunty gulch
#

Look, for I could see. People do not support it due to the number of things that could happen. Even if you keep saying solutions, more problems will come as well. This is why, in my opinion and point of view, try to hear and don't reply. Try to process all the bad things slowly and calmly. Keeping the defence will bring more disadvantages than advantages.

#

Once you process all the ideas calmly, recently show it. You still have time; this is the first day.

jaunty gulch
#

Really?

spice plover
#

I would say the virus already has the necessary nerf if the reliable GPT chat is not always there.

spice plover
jaunty gulch
#

Just ignore it.

I don't even know as well.
