For a suit of armour that gives a player 2 thousand HP and 20 thousand armour, it is HELLA fucking weak, a few Dew 1s to the head and you're dead, or having at least 2-3 raiders constantly shooting you, you're dead. Give the power armour like 85% negated armour penetration so that it's a little more worth the time.
Dunno if this has been suggested before, I didnt see anything like it yet

what if we just made power armour something that you could get out of
each power armour saves the amount of hp someone has when they exit
each person gets 2k hp
but if the person inside leaves at 100 hp, then re-enters, they have 100 hp still and not 2k hp
armour remains the same across all players
so if u take 2.5k armour, then the next person will only have 17.5k armour
but if u die with armour then armour leaves along with the guy
