less updates for non-divisional players

i know you guys dont do any but still you should do less. non divisionals make up 99.9999999999% of the group (mostly inactive but still) so it would be very cool and funny to add nothing ever for non divisional players and continue only adding things for wastelanders and people in divisions, ideally the game from non divisional eyes should look like it hasnt received 1 update ever since all the update stuff should be inaccessible to non divisionals the biggest infringement on this golden standard was the map expansion but luckily most non-divisionals are never allowed to enter the sandy area under any circumstance but still it gave non-divisionals something new to look at which is a big no-no to me if anyone has any suggestions on things to remove from the game to make it less interesting for non-divisionals or for things to remove from non-divisionals and give to divisionals only let me know in the replies

well it’s not really what we want it’s more of what you want

It is just difficult idea wise since its not safe to let divless in the lower levels and if its wasteland stuff well patrols exist and can be hosted by any FA+

Also all of the current processing posts and duties

Really it only leaves the city as a valid expansion option unless you want to clean floors with mops

Also officer academy exists for more duties but the aspect is you join a division to branch out into more specialised duties which well its alot easier to dev for.

so basically for everyone who doesnt understand the suggestion ill explain, rarely does anything ever get added to change the non divisional experience and im bringing attention to that issue
