PKSF VIP Tracker being able to track more people

Add an option in PKSF VIP tracker where any PKSF can select who to track, sometimes when you're protecting a DC for example you cant track him and if you or him dies it is very hard to find him if you both move a lot or are in an emergency. This would be very useful also for protecting another people VIPs order to.
Note: We would only be able track people in the AEGIS team, not wastelanders/raiders, tryouts or trainings.

tbh, it's not really that hard to keep track of the VIP without the tracker

when i first joined, the tracker didn't even work so we had to keep track of everyone with no tracker

It'd also be simpler to just put in DC and UOC people since the tracker already takes people that are UC+ in the AEGIS group. You just gotta have it take in people that are DC or UOC in the divisional groups

If they dont talk in VC or even whisper to you their loaction for some reason, how can you find them if they're in a corner of the map or border

Well normally if they don’t respond to whisper then you can’t really ask them if they want protection

Its either that or obligating DCs give their position all the time
