Make a new keycard for each command group, for example: Dispatch keycard is for Operative-VO, AEGIS academy keycard for Initiate-Cadet.
[this can also make the cards look a lot nicer/clean then our current cards] (not talking about divisionals)
The new cards they get still represent the basic card they have but it opens more doors they cannot access, in this case I’m referring to AED. Changing the keycard from L-1 to a Dispatch card can give them access to doors they are allowed in but do not have access to while keeping the L-1 for raiders to use normally.
