Annoying.
It's out of hand of AEGIS since we don't enforce wastelanders in their own territory unless they are doing exploiting or something like that. After all, it's random people joining that probably won't even be aware if there was spawn protection since there are no guidelines. So life lives on with annoying acts like this unfortunately.
