This is done by most divisions already

#

that said doing it at the start of the week is too often, generally tryouts are on a bi-weekly or even monthly basis depending on how many members you want

Trainings make sense to be shouted, with tryouts and such, it’s trickier to get a schedule down, it’s better to just do em when deemed fit
