Chairman already mentioned how this likely won't happen. It doesn't make sense to have a huge armored gate and then a small easily breachable door right next to it
it's why the trading room doesn't have a door into the gateroom

and we do pulse but usually there’s not enough wastelanders to pulse — i always pulse bc im ass at combat
adding this door removes the whole idea of pulsing + can be breached easily
n if it was controlled by only SC what would be the point bc then pulsing and that door would have the exact same use

I think the chairman mostly complains about raiders killing their own potential members. Aka slaughtering bats when they do happen. Since mass killing other wastelanders just leads to less aegis and thus less raiders. The gate can always be pulsed so tbh it aint the main issue here.
