The visionary director role has no use apparently, I believe there to be a potential to turn it into something useful, like adding it into the high command chain to be an official rank.

How would it work:

There would be two visionary directors, both handpicked by the chairman and IC.

Their job would be to watch over ToMLs, manage the aegis server/etc. (which ToML sort of already does I believe.)

an example not what their actual job would be that’s something HRS would decide.^

How would it benefit us:

Actual reachable people when bringing up concerns about tomls.

More chain to follow.

Overall more competition for tomls so they don’t think they’ve hit the deadline and it would increase their activities.

Cons:

Literally nothing, it’s just an addition.

By that it means when bringing up a concern and tomls have already said no, you still have hope bringing it up to a visionary director.

Why would you think that it’s a bad idea to add an extra reachable rank for tomls that offer more chances to get a promotion, because once someone gets IC you know it’s over for the rest of the tomls and there is no reason to be as active, this suggestion provides a purpose at the very least it has no downsides.
