Rn the only way to find said basic rules is to enter this discord and check a random guidelines document. Most people won't on earth know that subsidiary is the primary guidelines for all of the community to follow. When you load in for the first time have a simple message for example:

Before you start be aware of the following rules:

Universal:
Do not enter other teams spawns.
Do not use alternative accounts.
Do not spawn camp.

Wastelanders:
Random killing and Teamkilling is permitted.
Do not impersonate as any aegis combatics by copying their clothing.
Do not cause a meltdown while the following is occurring: trainings, lessons & exploited outbreaks.

AEGIS:
Spawn killing is not permitted.
Random killing is not permitted.
Leaving the facility is not permitted without approval or being in a division.
Follow SC and AIA orders at all time.

(You get the idea).
This is to mainly help avoid some rule breaking and make certain rules more clear such as the no leaving the border and alting rule (since no alting is like a single line in a large document and doesn't stand out at all)
