Well if that keeps happening i believe you should report it as a bug i understand the old loading screen is cool because it shows you whats currently happening in the border while your loading but the current loading screen fits the atmosphere of the game vibe more

Loading systems were greatly improved with cacheing and other features - plus the map got astronomically bigger which would lead to the map looking unloaded on clients and would result in having to load two locations for the client instead of just one rn.

currently the maps completely unstreamed until it starts the load character phase which improves load times on shitter devices
