PKSF makeover

1. Change PKSF neon visor to WHITE
   Right now PKSF's visor is black. It only changes colour to yellow-neon and red-neon when they either disperse or terminal disperse. I think it would look a lot better if their visor is neon-white colour. So that it looks like they are "online". This would make PKSF's B function (neon light off) actually makes a difference. Currently the only neon that turns off is on your shoulder pads. Which no one even notices.

2. PKSF shield
   Make PKSF's shield transparency based on their shield HP. This doesn't really need any explanation. Example if the shield is low HP, it would look almost transparent (maybe 0.7-0.8), then it would be 0.2-0.3 if the shield is full HP.

I'm not sure how good a white visor would look on a pksf. Also wouldn't it be more sense to have the colour from the actual shield projector (the white neon) change colours instead of the whole visor. It would also eliminate the potential bugs where doing a voiceline may screw up the shield status.

for me white neon visor would look good. and no changing the whole visor would be much more better so people can actually see our "emotion" (pksf dont have emotion i just dk what to call them. im talkng about the yellow = warning and red = final warning).
