You can still get extra plates since there is a interact button outside of spawn saying you can get it, no barrier so everyone can get it if they know about the bug.

Actually, it does not appear when it is processing, but when it's lockdown it just appears randomly, it's just it's not the old map when it had that little barrier when it's not lockdown.
It's just they either forgot to add the barrier back
