Add to the BAT guideline to add at the end after they are "told to read", add a mandatory statement that warns the attendees to truthfully read the rules and if they wouldn't it can cost them their gameplay or something. I suggest this because I see too many people enrolling into AEGIS and starting to troll right away. A few years ago I did it as well so I know what I'm saying. Just saying "read the rules" at the end is not doing shit.

You're right, at the it's his decision. But people just say "read the rules and guidelines". It doesn't tell them anything. What I'm saying is scare them into understanding. e.x: Continually trolling and Team killing, etc can cost you warnings which eventually will get you banned from the game.
At the end, even a kid would get the message.

and 60% of the rest don't know any of the guidelines, which makes it difficult for them to understand the game's lore and general idea. They don't read the rules which cause them to gain warnings, eventually getting them banned before they even notice.
