Legally speaking a product must state what you will recieve from it. So the chairman is in the wrong here. Gamepasses should inform you what you will be receiving from them or else the chairman is technically liable for being sued due to the misinformation or mis-communication between the customer and the business.

AEGIS is qualified as a business and roblox is still liable to the same legal standings.
