I don't see a reason why Medal isn't listed as an acceptable option for duty-states. Medal allows you to take a screenshot and post a link to it. It would save time for people who already have Medal.

Do you mean acceptable as in AEGIS OS reading it or officers?

If you mean AEGIS OS, it's not really possible since it would require OCR technology.

Which in itself is a huge feat, and isn't entirely reliable.
