Why? It's boring as shit in dead servers raiding labs and not being able to mess around with deathray because reactor is drained.

If we can't refuel reactor with <25 players, then (maybe) Add a powerbank in Lab 2 that can power the deathray in the event the reactor is drained, but you have to put batteries or ore in the powerbank to give the deathray sustainable power.
