I can't use my night vision goggles, when I put them on it shows no button for it? How am I supposed to use my night vision goggles I brought.. Was I scammed?

And that actually 70
20 is mobile
10 is console
Or prob even lower

The game hasnt really gotten any major mobile updates I give you that but its hard to implement it onto a existing version of a item.
