You can already do this via the discord notification settings.
If you don't care for trainings, mute the channel.
If you don't care for tryouts, mute that channel.
If you don't care for gamenights, mute that one.
Then there's something wrong on your end with your notification settings, I suggest experimenting and looking into it.

Dylan would be getting countless pings from any and all forms of pings in the aegis srrver, role or not. He has his settings adjusted to not ping him at all, only for specific mentions.
I think there's something you're missing.
I know you can adjust your settings to mute those channels. I'll double check after work but I do that just fine because I don't like pings.
