Although cosmetic, I like this. Only problem I'd see is struggling to get a username for reports with STHD and AIA, perhaps also with ARD if the purple color is too dark.

because sometimes we send things we only want aegis personnel to know

we already have tags next to our names on leaderboard + it displays under our names above our head

The 'team' system ruins the whole teamchat among all of AEGIS, so this wouldn't be very functional or an efficient way of communication. However customizing chats based on what division you're in? That could be a cool idea.
