The whole point of the academy is to get your prepared for your future career

They don’t do the aa just because why not

There’s a huge reason why

It’s like saying, I want to be a lawyer, but I don’t want to go to university for a law degree

And like sceptism said, the aa staff have lives, school and work etc, they can’t make their life dedicated for just the aa

Honestly, if you’re not patient enough to do the aa, you’re probably not going to become a officer

I actually considered this a few times recently, and started to get backup methods ready in case it's needed at some point but as of right now the AEGIS Academy will remain.

It doesn't really make BATs useless as the point of BATs wasn't to get Cadet, that was a "bonus" the chairman promoted in the early stages of AEGIS for those he accepted in the group. The reason for the academy being implemented is sound, and works to help weed out bad eggs.

If timezones- which seem to be the primary issue here- is the largest concern you're bringing up I'll see what our AA Staff can do about it. Maybe the officers could be asked to step in for those late-night times.
