I delved a little bit to try find the source of the problem. It looks like the game client is at once making too many requests towards the server thus filling up the queue. This then makes the game unable to load as it doesn't have the necessary events ready.

Most probably some clients just request more things from the server (Possibly custom settings or something) and thus fill up their event queue.
