The whole point of the retired regional & overwatch role is for people who discharged from their position and not AEGIS, for retired role is people who discharged from AEGIS as a whole. It does not bother you or do anything to you so you shouldn’t be worrying about it. it’s literally just a role that nobody cares about but it would be nice to have for someone who has retired from their position but not from aegis itself
