Make all trainings in private server

(My first suggestion so it might be bad)
Basically when a training happens, we are limited to several things (we can't do Meltdown, or make diseases sprout, we can't do Lab 3, among others) This undoubtedly limits the gameplay of the wastelanders a lot, since not only can we not do that, but we do not have to look at our fire because if by chance we kill a subject that He's on the practice squad, we ended up being banned, and the truth is somewhat annoying, and the truth is that I don't see any problems with the training being on private servers, you can save yourself a lot of trouble, like if you find a crate in the middle of the Training among others.

to begin with, training can be agreed upon at a certain time, I think that is what they do to prevent another officer from stealing their training

so before being able to do the training, they can already have the private server ready

you can team all to training instead of doing each person manually

i think custom trainings should be mandatory private server
