Flashlight for civilian-grade nightvision

Add a flashlight with the E key to the civ-grade nightvision. This will benefit wastelanders seeing better at night.?On the aegis side of things like any flashlight it will make the user a bigger target but will allow the user to see better at night if they do choose to use it.

No… a flashlight that comes with night vision is not the same as a lantern you can buy

Both could theoretically be added

Lantern would obviously be very cheap, but would have the downside of being on your back so creating a large target, flashlight you need to buy night vision but you can turn it on and off and point it by equipping a gun
