Raiders can still guard that entrance, but it will be an easier way and the fight will start at the train.

The point of it is suppose to be hard considering you are sending 20-30 aegis personnel into the wasteland all at once not everyone is gonna escape.

i agree that the current way to the train is to hard since its literally between both of the wastelanders spawn, but i wouldnt exactly reccomend a whole new way to escape just for aegis

lore wise, aegis wouldn’t have set up a evacuation system, as ard should be conducting their jobs normally, continuing operations at the facility. the train is just a last resort
plus, putting an extra train in the wasteland would bring up the same problems we face now, and putting one inside the main facility would not only be less fun for wastelander and aegis alike, but conflict with already established lore
