That would mean for example that the 5 Ultimate players some teams have would always be in the team, the same players would still be in the squad in 20 years time, at 4 seasons a year that would mean they are in their 80's.
Yes it is unfortunate that you lose players occasionally but that's reflective of real life, you have to use new players and train them up
Your team plan must include new players from time to time, the current rate of Fountain of youth card both regular and gold makes the team planning a lot easier

I don't understand the point of this question. I obtained this card by buying Stars 2-3 seasons ago. Couldn't some of my friends have avoided buying it back then? Not everyone can spend the same amount of money, right? But if they needed it, couldn't they have asked why it wasn't sold this season?

Firstly, you could mention to your friends to try a VPN which should be able to circumnavigate the ban to give them access to Discord.
The issue of the Fountain of Youth Gold cards rose its head once players became aware that it wasn't released every season unlike the regular FOY card. This was discussed many many times on the old forums along with many times on Discord in more recent times. The Polish and Russian players were very active in the discussions in the exact same way as what has been said today.

The card is a limited purchase, the maximum you could buy was 2 per team, this means that you could only buy 6 at a time by using 3 teams. You cannot buy an unlimited amount. 6 FOY Gold cards will be used very quickly (1 season if you use them on all 3 teams or 3 seasons if you only use them on your main team)

Please don't get upset on behalf of your friends because I am saying why it shouldn't be available every season. Try explaining to them how you have managed the situation a lot better than they have. It would help them in the future.
