With a better financial advisor, you will have higher deduction of salary on negotiations, while the %s of success is the same. I think a reasonable and realistic amount of successes is around 6 to 8. The best thing to do in my opinion is to put an ad for the staff you want, wait for 7 days (so you will have 7 or 8 applications) and see who will be the person with the lowest salary (skill and experience are improved during formation)
