Imo GUFA atm is very static from the very beginning. The placement for the teams is kinda decided from day 1 on. I have a suggestion to make it more interesting till the very end. For example every day depending on their rank the teams get bonus points for example rank 2 gets 1.1x points rank 3. 1.2x ...rank 9 1.8x points at the last day every team gets the same points. that would motivated players to invest harder into 1v1 coupons to bring their teams ahead. For example this GUFA my 3 teams are bottom 4 and i got no chance to make it into top 3 so instead of possible 17 500 GUstars im only able to get around 2,5k which seems kinda unfair to me when its already decided on day 1. Im not sure if my example is 100% accurate in fairness but something in that direction would help everyone to be willing to spend more 1v1 coupons and bring their teams into top 3. Maybe people come up with better suggestions i just hope in general that we can improve GUFA in the future!

They've tried a lot of things over the years in the events. That includes having handicaps for some groups. Nothing has really worked, so I think the developers have also given up finding a good way to do it. What they did instead was increase the number of groups, to the current 9 groups, so it's even less likely to end up in a good group now compared to before.
I'm almost always placed in some of the worst groups, and have simply given up and stopped caring about that part of the events. At this event, I'm in group Beta, Zeta, and Omega, which will most likely all end up among the bottom 4 groups at the end.
So, for me the events is now about clicking the join button, seeing that I'm in the terrible groups again, and then that's the end of that part of the event. I mostly just focus on collecting coins for the collect challenge.
well when i started in January this year with GU the 1v1 events were with handicap. with no handicap they made a big improvement imo. I'm pretty sure they are willing to improve GUFA in the future. I know there was already a lot of discussion bout top 3 looks always the same. i wonder if it has something to do with the bots. i really would like to know how exactly it works especially cuz the number of wins doesn't fit the amount of loses.

GUFA Clash is intended to be associations model of competition which is running for longer than duration of one monthly Collect challenge.
Some notes:
-Freedom of choice of the groups/associations
-Overview inside groups/associations
-GUFA vs GUFA competitions in duration of each round contributing to ranking of groups
-Internal ranking and hierarchy of members
So what you see right now in short is missing internal view, GUFA vs GUFA aspect adding up GRP to groups.
Concept speaks of duration of 3 rounds before GUFA Clash ends, that is 3 challenges for one GUFA Clash round

During GUFA Clash each GUFA can participate in up to 4 GUFAvsGUFA matches per day.
GUFAvsGUFA match is not an actual match but instead depends on the result of all the members who join into such match.
The match between two GUFA's is presented in a window where up to ##EQUAL## number members of each GUFA can enter.
Players must manually opt in to join each GUFAvsGUFA match during the entry phase
Regardless of the number of participants in any such GUFAvsGUFA match,
the result is formed from 80% performance achieved in matches against opponents from the other group of that match and 20% of performance from all other opponents of other groups.
(This aspect already exists, when you play 1on1 the opponent can only be from different groups)
There are 2 rates of performances:
80% against GUFAvsGUFA opponent
20% against all other GUFA opponents
Performance is = GRP
Then there is scheduling, rules, and complex formual calculating results
Ratio 80/20 will be calculated as follows:
80% of points from direct GUFAvsGUFA opponents x 1 + 20% of points from all other GUFA opponents x 2
Final Score = (Direct GUFA GRP × 1) + (Other GUFA GRP × 2)
Explainer of 80 / 20: The 20% from matches against other GUFAs is doubled to ensure it contributes 40% to the final score, providing a balanced influence compared to the 80% weight from direct GUFAvsGUFA opponents."
GUFA Alpha: 12419 x 1 + 3104 x 2 = 12419 + 6208 = 18627
GUFA Beta: 9947 x 1 + 2486 x 2 = 14919
Each 2000 of points = 1 goal to be represented in the result
in this case above the result will be GUFA Alpha 9 - 7 GUFA Beta
GUFA Group individual rating is then derived from the result awarding participants +1 per win
GUFA Group ranking multiplier is given to winner group by value of 1.05 and with each next win it can rise only by 0.05
Default multiplier is for all groups 1.00
Losing a GUFAvsGUFA match decreases the group's multiplier by 0.025, but it cannot fall below the base value of 1.00.
GUFA Clash group multiplier is calculated as follows
GRP total * GUFA Group ranking multiplier = GRP total
This is parts of concept, it can be confusing if you read only this
But core of idea is that group members join in same effort to beat another group, building their multiplier up, while simultaneously earning GRP this multiplier will then boost total GRP
Of course in the internal group rankings there will be ways to build up your position in hierarchy, communicate and earn more rewards as the model runs 3 old CLashes, this will equalize itself in this one longer round through that.

That is part of concept, i doubt it will be understandable, current GUFA is intended to have this at one point in future. When time allows us to do so.

no one expects daily updates( i hope). I also never thought GUFA is final, Im already glad it got to no handicap mode. Its already good it just feels hopeless sometimes lets say i could max provide around 500 points for the team if i spend all 1v1 coupons. why should i do it if it changes the gustar outcome by 100(between rank 6 and 7 for example). Another very easy solution would be to distribute the awards more equal to all teams(at least till we have a better option) and give other prizes for top 3 like Wonderkid or a pack. I understand that GUStar rewards can never be linked with good performance cuz then weak teams would never get "free" stars.
