The first one requires fontspec, which can only be compiled using XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX. The second uses babel and teubner for digamma, but teubner's \Digamma only works in text mode.

If you're going to do this using TeXit, the second post might help you. However if you opt for the appearance of capital Digamma from a certain font, then the first post might help.
