is there a way to add space between lines

it wont let me skip lines basically without adding a chracter

also, on math mode it wont let me space without ending math mode is there a way to fix that

Hey, sorry for the misunderstanding! I didn't mean to offer to help you specifically (I do not know about LyX). I was just suggesting that “need help with lyx lol” is not very informative, in particular to users knowledgeable in LyX which might be able to help you.
