Just do police station and supply event to get cards and use only blue and purple cards for blueprint in police station.

At farm there is chance to get some rare blueprints as well.

U can get a random blueprint in transport hub on terrace.
And in BPD crate of transport hub you can get purple card or purple mod scroll.

I won't recommend doing headhunting event as it won't give you any good blueprints.

Raider proof? Make 1 layer of lvl3 wall and put everything inside wall.. including ur workbench,gardenbed etc and only bait chest outside wall near truck having 20 moded spear and no stackable items

U can design how u like fit...a little garden area, separate room for gun or meds and food or armor something like that and yr most precious loot like carbon, factory parts etc in middle
