try contacting gameloft customer care under "PROGRESS LOST" Send them a mail, they will get back to you within 4 days and you will get your account back. I lost it too the 1st week of August and i got it restored by 2nd week!

I was trying to login to my old account using facebook but after i type password and click login mc5 flickers and crashes (im currently playing on windows and my old account was playing in windows too)

fb sync is not working since last month so, yeah, we are screwed till they fix it

if by any chances you sync'd to steam like I did, you do get your progress back on steam

but you will miss the ads rewards from ms store version

I installed mc5 from ms store.. so, guess i gotta wait for them to fix this issue
