Hey, I got a problem. I get the code “022-2613”, when I try to log in to my pretendo-Acc on 3DS, although all the datas are typed in correctly. Can someone help? I already did set it on “Pretendo” at the Nimbus-App.

I think I got Banned for some reason. I didnt make Amy Hacks or modding online so I don’t know the exact reason for that. Do you know where I can access the support of pretendo?

Please ignore what it says under the error code, as it is false/inaccurate information most of the time. I just need to know the error code.

#

I think you are getting a 002-0121 error, is that right?

The error Code is: 002-0121. But it Shows only on my 3DS. Not at my WiiU, where I am logged in with my Pretendo Acc

Here is the whole problem I have on my 3DS:

#

When attempting to link my existing PNID, I receive error code 022-2613. Logging into the Pretendo website works fine. Nimbus 2.2.0 displays "Loaded" under Pretendo. I am using Luma3DS 13.4, with both "Enable loading external FIRMs and modules" and "Enable game patching" enabled. The IPS files—ending in 2E02, 2F02, 2902, 3202, and 3802—are located in luma/sysmodules. Following instructions, I previously deleted the file sysdata/00010038/00000000 using GodMode9. Since then, my old NNID no longer appears, and I do not have a backup. Switching back to Nintendo, opening the eShop, and then switching back to Pretendo did not resolve the issue; the eShop displayed error code 011-3136. How can I safely check and repair the status of my account?

Well, alright, thanks for solving my Problem, Support👍🏻

Could this be linked to the pidhmac issue? #announcements message

Where were you getting instructions from...?
You shouldn't have removed your old NNID; doing so is never necessary for using Pretendo (plus you risk losing access to Nintendo's official badges, Pokémon Bank, etc., until you relink your old NNID)

For 011-3136, try again later (make sure you've switched to Nintendo in Nimbus)

As for 002-0121, hold SELECT to enter Luma3DS configuration. Does the yellow text at the bottom say "Booted from SD via B9S" ?

Only the errors 002-0122 and 002-0153 are related to the mandatory pidhmac upgrade from Nimbus 2.2.0

# errant gust No, because 0121 is not 0122

Yeah, i know that, but the error description says the "Device certificate is invalid". hmac in my experience is linked to certificates and signatures, but the 3ds is a different beast, so im just curious

0121 can be due to a missing/invalid LFCS (LocalFriendCodeSeed) file, but this is rarely the case. If it was that, this error would occur on Nintendo's server as well. But 99% of the time, it's just the usual Pretendo issue.

002-0122 on the other hand describes itself as "PID HMAC is invalid".
(However, keep in mind that this is just a specific error that Pretendo's servers are responding with; the HMAC isn't exactly "invalid", it is just being rejected for security reasons because it needs to be regenerated by Pretendo's servers.)

However, I hope there will be a solution for this...

In any case, focus on solving the 002-0121 error first. This one usually occurs because your 3DS has the Pretendo profile loaded and yet it is still connecting to Nintendo's servers, instead of Pretendo's server where your account (PNID) would be.

Please follow the basic troubleshooting steps below to reinstall Nimbus and Luma files on your SD card

  1. Open the Universal Updater app
  2. Search “Luma” and press A to reinstall boot.firm (no need to uninstall it first)
  3. Still in Universal Updater, search “Nimbus” and press A to reinstall nimbus.cia (no need to uninstall it first)
  4. Turn off your console, then while holding SELECT, turn it on again
  5. In Luma3DS, double-check that the yellow text on the bottom screen says "Booted from SD via B9S", and that both of the settings below are marked with an X:

(x) Enable loading external FIRMs and modules
(x) Enable game patching

  1. Press START to save and boot to the HOME menu.
  2. Open Nimbus and press START to finish the update process from Step 3.
  3. Open Nimbus again and select Pretendo.
  4. Tap friends to open the Friend List and see if the error is gone now.

Thank you for the help. I apreciate that. I managed to link my 3DS to Pretendo 3ds
