I'm getting the error code 002-0122 saying my devices access to online services have been restricted by Nintendo and yet I haven't been on this device in ages so it was working last time I used it. I'm not sure what's happened.

It works on the Nintendo network though 🤷‍♂️ but not on pretendo

Do I have to make a new pretendo account or something?
