First, check to see if you're on the latest version of Nimbus (2.2.0). If you're not, update it using Universal Updater or by downloading the latest 3dsx or CIA from GitHub. Then, launch it and, when the top screen says "Nimbus has been updated. Press START to reboot", do so. That should in theory fix it.
